Gilead Sketches - Please Critique

Some quick sketches for a castle piece. This will be "Gilead" from Stephen King's Dark Tower series. It has a fantasy feudal look to it. Of course, the final will be painted and nicely rendered.

Is it too generic? What could be added? What should be removed? Which one would you most like to see finished? All feedback appreciated.
